The interview consisted of Behavioral interview questions along with an overview of the company and its internal processes. Asked questions about work ethic and how we work in teams. The company manager explained the duties on the job.

Interview
First, all the candidates were directed to a conference room where a Sr. Analyst and an HR representative explained the benefits of working with the organization for about 45 minutes. We were then paired individually with different account analyst to shadow, while others had to complete their two 30 minute panel style interviews. Make sure to ask the account analyst you are shadowing questions you may have about the position and culture of the organization. The organization treats you to lunch with the account analyst and other interviewees. The process is designed to be as laid back as possible, while making those that are interviewing for the position comfortable.
The interview was virtual over Teams and was behavior and resume based. They were flexible with scheduling and offered very honest insights into professional development, workplace culture, and role expectations.

The interview process for my position includes submitting resume, a pre recorded video interviews where you submitted interviews answers, a phone interview from the recruiter, a phone interview with the assistant manager and manager, and a final interview with HR managers and your direct manager.
