What would you do if you disagree with your supervisor's approach to a problem?
Received a call soon after applying, had a phone interview for about 15 minutes going over experience and job related info. Then had another phone interview the next week going over more about the position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Norfolk Southern

"Video" interview. I was shown a short video of a question, given 15 seconds to think of an answer, then had 2 minutes to answer while webcam was recording. Overall very stressful, even though each question had a second change option.
