Interview
It is usually like any other educational institution where if you have the skill set, you will spend time working on the lab and the field. A presentation was required.
there were around 4 interviewers, and each asked questions in turn. some of the interviewers were friendlier than others, but none were too hostile. overall the experience was not too bad.
Interview process was fully informative. My interviewer described me about all the previous and current research process in their lab and all accomplishment that they gained in 10 years. He gave me a tour for their facilities. All my coworker were so warm and friendly.
