NorthPoint Digital interview questions

First I was contacted by recruiter and talked onsite with someone who leads projects. They were knowledgeable and courteous. It was advised to wear business professional, not business casual. The vibe is relatively traditional office (in contrast to casual startup culture). They described building websites on a number of open and proprietary platforms and asked about my experience with different types of development, as well as stressing that they provide better than average training opportunities.
