Contact before the interview was just by email, not phone (which I was fine with). The interview was laid back and casual, in an open space but no one else around.

Was connected with promptly after applying and they seemed to genuinely care about my fit with the role. Moved through the interview process swiftly and efficiently. I experienced good communication and believe the expectations were laid out accurately for me.
