NorthStar Utilities Solutions interview questions

Took almost a month. First, it is a behavior round with two senior engineers. Then, a technical round with 1 manager and two senior engineers. Including two easy coding and concept questions about Java and Spring. After passed, they asked the evaluations from your previous company manager and co-workers (at least four people). It really takes me a lot of effort to get that. Then, a behavior round again with the team. After that, I got a rejection with everything being good. It really took me a lot of time. All the interviews are good, but the result is confusing, especially since they collected all the information from you.

The whole process of hiring was super slow and took around more than a month. Was asked for 7 references and even longer to the offer letter, almost around 15 days.
