Honestly one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. The interviewer came across cold, robotic and oddly sassy over the phone the entire time. It didn’t feel like a conversation at all — more like being interrogated by someone who had already decided they didn’t want to be there.
The tone completely killed my confidence and made it difficult to show any personality or enthusiasm. Interviews are obviously meant to assess candidates, but there’s still a way to speak to people respectfully and make them feel remotely comfortable. Came away feeling pretty rubbish afterwards.

There were two interview phases: the first was about cultural fit, and the second was technical and behavioural. The interviewees were kind and supportive, I also received feedback after each interview.
