Northern Health interview questions

Online with a panel of two interviewers from the education team during my year. They were very friendly. They first ask you why you want to be a nurse and why Northern. They then asked questions to gauge competency, knowledge and previous experience. They asked some clinical scenario-based questions. It's important to relate your answers to your past experiences in order to show them you have put into practice what you know and have been active during placements.

The questions were difficult enough but not tricky and the interviewers were super lovely and very empathetic. It was a pleasant experience and I wished I didnt have to decline the offer for other reasons
