Interview
I applied for the job via linked in and HR contacted me. There was 4 rounds of virtual interview 3 hour long (45 mins each) with no break. Round 1 with the hiring manager, round 2 with a peer which was technical, round 3 was behavioural and round 4 was with a senior manager. All the rounds was pretty simple and no much technical was asked. I did not receive a offer as they said i dont have managerial capabilities which was not even mentioned in the JD and this was meant to be a technical role.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was an initial screening with HR discussing my experience and motivation. The second round focused on technical skills, including SQL queries, data modeling, and ETL pipeline design. The final round involved a case study and system design discussion with the engineering team, followed by some behavioral questions.
