I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Palmdale, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The process was very lengthy, I say it took six months in total. I applied for about a dozen college intern positions, and I interviewed for four of them. The questions asked of me first two Managers were about class related topics such as Fluids and Dynamics. The other two Managers asked me more of personal questions.
