performed via VTC. Had to answer questions from a panel of 4 managers and directors. The interview lasted approx. 45 minutes. The Questions covered mainly managerial approaches. How to build team cohesiveness. The initial feed back was that the interview went well and that I was a strong candidate for the position but there were other people interviewing for the position.
