Posted my resume on the company website and the recruiter contacted me two weeks later. Went in for an interview, heard back a week later.

Question 1
No unexpected questions; I was asked to tell the hiring manager about the company and what they do. I also went over my skills in SQL and Java, and talked about projects that I've worked on.
The interview was a single-round, non-technical discussion focused on project experience, teamwork, and behavioral questions. The conversation was engaging, enjoyable, and provided a comfortable environment to discuss past experiences and collaboration skills.

Over the phone interview very casual. Was supposed to be a zoom interview but the interview could not get their computer working. We talked for about 30 minutes about my experience and interests.

Describe Yourself and the experiences that relate to the role. Share times where you showed leadership and communication. How do you handle adversity and give me a specific time that you faced this problem.
