I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Depending on the your background or experiences, you'll be matched up with different managers (so if you're a CS major, you'll probably be matched with a software engineer from NG). My interview was 1 on 1, but the representatives said some applicants had two interviewers from different teams. Additionally, some interviews can be technical, while others (like mine) were more behavioral based. In the a interview tips session NG held the day before, they said to be sure you can talk about your past projects.

Interview
Friendly and thoughtful. Nothing difficult, really just prepare to talk about your resume and discuss the role. Would say they are looking to mostly bring the resume to life, not test/trip you up.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Cheltenham, England)
Interview
Behavioural task, then a simple technical task, and then finally an online behavioural / partially technical interview. It wasn’t too bad, it was definitely more relaxed than other applications, and was medium difficulty.
I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was very smooth overall, not very technical, and more focused on explaining your experiences, which are on your resume. There were no specific technical "problems" like on a test.
