I knew both of those on the panel so it made the interview more difficult in some ways. I was preparred with my vision for the position, however, I did not review some of the basics; Because I have been working as a program mangager for the last six years, there we some basic questions that were asked regarding engineering that I stumbled on. If I didn't know the interviewers, I would have thought through my responses a little more rather than wing it and dig myself a hole. Bottom line, there is no substitute fpr preparation when it comes to an interview even if you kinow that topic hands down-
