I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Charlotte, NC) in Nov 2022
Interview
I attended a career fair with the company and they offered me an interview on the spot for a couple hours later. The processes was very straightforward and it was mainly behavioral with no technical questions about my coding experience. I am a sophomore and was surprised when they told me they were knowingly hiring me without very much experience.
