I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jul 2019
Interview
Got early phone screen from hr then email for interview a few weeks later. Interview was nerve racking at first but I had two very chill/calm interviewers. Not to many technical questions asked, I was a little technically over qualified compared to the application requirements.

Interview
They do phone interviews which are pretty easy going. They mainly go through your resume and talk about your experience and schooling. They asked some technical questions which in my case were all directed towards software, but the questions are vague and easy to answer. They focus heavily on asking about teamwork experience and leadership experience.

Interview
Very easy interview, be prepared to talk about interpersonal skills and a few projects you have done that relate to the position. I enjoyed how the interviewer focused on my strengths rather than harping on my weaknesses. Here are a few sample questions.
