Interview
The interview was a 3 step process. First I met with the project manager, then the company team I would be working with, and lastly the contract team I would be working with. Each interview's focus was a mix between personality and skill. Each member had a chance at asking a question and likewise, I was able to ask each of them a question.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Oct 2018
Interview
Was an on-campus interview where I sat down with a team lead. He asked me about myself, I gave my spiel and we discussed what his specific team did. There were no technical questions so he had nothing to go off other than our little chat. Don't really know how applicants were evaluated with so little information, but perhaps maybe he wanted me to direct the conversation that way and I didn't pull through. Still the recruiter was a professional, kind, and easy to communicate with, just wish I had more of a chance to show what I knew.
