Multiple managers started with simple technical questions and then asked about resume related experiences with moderate difficulties. When I asked one of the managers a specific technical question they were unable to answer and what would they do if they needed external support, I received an unprofessional frustrated and anger laced response. This team could benefit by ensuring their managers can keep it together under pressure and express a more collaborative approach on things.
