      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Suffolk, VA) in Nov 2015

      Interview

I complete online application that I found via a search on the company website, then was contacted by recruiter via email, who set up a phone interview with manager. The manager called me at the agreed time and asked me about myself and asked my about my relevant experience. Very casual and not stressful.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2017

      Interview

It was a simple personality interview. They went through my resume. Asked how to deal with noncooperating personnel. They just really want to be sure that they are getting someone who can work well with others. They also informed me that they expected me to know little to nothing about the job and I will learn as I go.
