First I did an interview with the recruiter. Then I did an interview with the manager of the floor. I got a call back within 2 days with an offer. It was contingent on whether my background check cleared.

The interview was pretty basic for a new grad. It's best to come prepared. Know some basic knowlege of common problems for a unit of interest. Overpreparing is for the better.
Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.
