Describe a conflict with someone and how you managed it? How you would manage it? What would you do if you saw another nurse do something unsafe? When did you make a mistake and how did you handle it?
Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.

Easy. Quick process. Quick hire. No issues pretty self explanatory and straight forward process. I didn’t have any issues with communication with the hiring manager like I’ve had in the past. Was able to tour the unit and see how things work
