The communication with the Northwell Team is absolutely terrible. I interviewed for a few positions at different locations and I couldn't get any feedback or just a response in general. I followed up a few times and it’s just been radio silence. Northwell needs to respect people and their time, be adults and kindly let someone know you’ve chose to move on with another candidate versus leaving them in the dark, especially with how the job market is now. It’s truly not kind and not how a place dedicated to helping others should be operating.
