Interview
I received an email from their talent recruiter a few days after applying the position asking if I was still interested in the position. The following day , I was asked what interview time worked for me and if a certain day was ok for me , I’m which I replied. She said she would give me a call to finalize a time and place by the next day once my resume is forwarded to a hiring manager (never received a call) . Now here is where I started to get turned off :
The recruiter emailed me the night before ( 7:30pm) to let me know that I had an interview the NEXT morning. Extremely last minute .
I arrived to the interview and was told to have a seat along with 2 other candidates. We sat for almost 45 minutes before someone came out only to tell us that we are waiting for the hiring managers to arrive (lovely). They finally arrive maybe 20 minutes after , no greeting to us , and in a rush like someone just told them the interviews were today .
After waiting 1 hour for the managers and another hour to be seen , I didn’t end up getting interviewed until 2 hours after my initial slot . And to top it off , it seemed very rushed ! (The nerve) I feel like they wanted to go back to what they were doing since I was last and had no intention of a formal interview with questions and showcasing how my skills align with the position. Completely turned off

It was smooth and easy going. Pretty basic interview with the manager and the manager of operations. Asked regular interview questions, and gave a detailed description of the job description I applied for
I got a call back for an interview a couple of weeks after applying, the hiring manager seemed very friendly and I hope I got the position. No super tough questions, it was pretty generic, just waiting hear back.

Interview
It was great, very thorough and a pretty quick process. Felt very comfortable throughout the process. I went through a “speed dating” kind of format where I had brief interviews with multiple hiring managers in one room. I had never gone through something like this before but it was pretty quick and seem less. They were all managers from different offices who were looking for someone to fill a role in their office.
