I was approached by an internal recruiter for Northwell. I met all qualifications and was very interested. I never heard back from the recruiter and ended up applying on the website. I was rejected without an interview. Now a month later I get an email that I've been added to their "careers" newsletter about their benefits and all of the lovely people who work there. I can't imagine why they think I would want that.
