Applied to job two weeks before hearing from recruiter. First recruiter reached out to request online demand video interview. Three weeks later recruiter reached out to schedule in person interview. Afterwards Met with Nursing Director and Manager.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
