Met a recruiter at my University's career fair and gave her my resume. I got a call about a week later from someone saying that they would like to conduct a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited to come for a second interview at the office I would be working at. There I was interviewed by another recruiter and another member of the office. At the conclusion of that interview, I was given a packet containing some work I must complete. After going over the packet about a week later on the phone, I was offered the position. Throughout the interview process, all the people that I had to deal with seemed very respectful and welcoming.
