I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2016

Interview

It was a pretty easy process. You are given an assessment before the initial interview. The initial interview is quick and basic with the director or selection. Went over the assessment to see if I was a fit. Then met with the managing director to go over the position more. Open-ended questions asking if I would be able to be outgoing.
