Excellent. The interviewer asked meaningful questions then was able to clearly and concisely answer mine. It was conducted over zoom which I genuinely appreciated saving myself the 20 minute drive over to their office.

What are my short term and long term goals both personally and professionally.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2014
Interview
Interview started around 8:00 am. Parked in a non-covered parking lot about two blocks from the main entrance. Walked to building and signed in at the front desk. Waited about 15 minutes before being escorted back to HR office. Waited in HR office for about 10 minutes before first interviewer. Interviewers had my resume in hand and a company questionnaire form. Met with various leaders throughout the day for approximately 4-5 hours. Many of the questions were similar in nature. Found out later that I was the number 1 candidate. However, toward the end of the interviews, an internal employee later decided to interview for the role. Company has history of hiring from within first, so job offered to internal candidate.
