I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Notino in Oct 2023
Interview
I had 1 hour online interview with in-house recruiter. I would say it was pretty standard interview about company, job position, my experience, offered and expected salary (I was looking for 8k+/MD, but I was willing to go on 7,5k/MD what was their max, because it could be good experience) and so on. I was surprised it wasn't in English (or at least part of it). At the end she asked me what department I would prefer, so she can schedule technical interview with selected team. I told here that both sounds good, but I had preference to one of those. After that she told me that she can schedule technical interview with both departments, but we can have interview first with department I prefer, so I do not need to continue with other one in case that I would fit to the first one.
After six days I got email, that they cannot offer me senior position with salary we talked about during initial interview due to not enough experience. However because I would be great fit to the company they can offer me lower salary for non senior position.
Based on that I was absolutely sure that I don't wanna be part of company which makes offer based on initial interview without any test or technical interview if you have more than 10 years of experience. I politely refused this offer, because I had already much higher offers from other companies after successful technical interviews.
