My first one was on zoom! I thought it was nice. It felt more personable than a today's new "normal" interview because I was at home with no mask and they could see my expressions. I was interviewed by multiple lab and phlebotomy supervisors and technicians. I have a 2nd interview soon!

Simple. Applied then one month later. Was asked to complete an in person interview. Was asked order of draw, past phlebotomy experience, and other basic knowledge and about certification, etc.
