It was mostly about assessing my skills and fitness for this position.
I also had another interview with the management the overall process took about 2 months.

Interview
I met with multiple amazing people. The interviews were conversational and I was asked thought provoking questions about interests that were outside but related to the role. In the end, the job was not fille (perhaps Covid-related) but I was impressed by the people I met.
