Interview
I applied Online, without a referral, through the Novartis job platform.
The interview process was as follow and took about six weeks from applying to offer:
1. Recruiter Interview (about three weeks after applying)
2. Hiring Manager and Director interviews (approx. one week after the recruiter interview)
3. Offer call (about one week after the last interview).
All interviews were conducted virtual but the Interviewers did a great job in creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the whole interview process. I believe Novartis is one of those rare companies where culture is a huge topic as it influenced the whole interaction. I felt immediately that I want to be part of it and was incredibly happy to receive the offer call then.

How do you stay organized when managing projects ?
Three step process including phone, video and in person organised via an external recruiter. Would be a hybrid role but fixed in office days weren't mentioned. Long wait time to receive an offer via email. Salary was given in round two
