Offer forwarded to me by my Uni teacher. A week later I was invited to the Novartis Campus Day in Basel.
We were about 50 candidates that day, it was really interesting (we visited the campus, talked to the actual interns...)
We had a 20-min interview with 2 managers, the questions were the same for every candidates

I had 3 rounds of interviews - 1st round with hiring manager and colleague, 2nd with hiring manager and HR, 3rd with hiring manager and their boss. There were all classic interview questions including examples from previous positions

Interview
We had two telephone calls first and then I went to headquarters for interview. There were two people from the department and no one from human resources. It took around 45 minutes.
