Phone interview with the referring employee (director). Phone interview with HR consultant. Face to face interview with HR consultant. Next interview will be scheduled with the referring employee. After that is scheduled there will be an interview with either the hiring manager. All candidates are required to do the final interview with the CEO. He can, and does, decline to hire candidates at that point, even if the hiring manager wants the candidate. HR consultant was not sure of what position I was interviewing for, but initial call was for project manager. She said that sometimes they know they want the candidate and tailor the position to the person's skills. This is a long, slow process and I have not completed it yet. HR contractor has a psychology degree and seems to be hiring personality traits as much as experience. Be yourself or she will definitely pick up on it. Do not exaggerate your skillset.
