Te adornan mucho todo, poco específicos en la realidad de tus funciones y mienten en cuanto a lo que puedes llegar a ganar. La realidad cuando llegas es muy diferente a lo ofrecido. Mucha improvisación, nulas posibilidades de plan de carrera, mucha gente júnior, malos sueldos, poca o nula comunicación.

Las básicas, clásicas de manual sin profundizar en lo importante. Luego te das cuenta (cuando trabajas ya dentro), que la entrevista funciona como una venta engañosa, que siempre están desesperados por contratar porque las personas se acaban yendo o los echan (tienen una alta rotación de personal). Resumiría que las entrevistas son una venta engañosa.
