I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Numeritas (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Pros:
The company is doing meaningful and exciting work in its industry. The team seemed passionate and knowledgeable. The initial interview process, including an Excel test and a presentation, was structured and relevant to the role.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the hiring process lacked transparency and clear communication. While the initial interview phase took about a month—which is fair—it was followed by over six months of vague updates about potential next steps. I was told multiple times that they intended to move forward, but timelines kept shifting without clarity. Even a year later, I was contacted again, only for the communication to go silent once more.
Advice to Management:
If you’re serious about candidates, timely and transparent communication is key. Prolonged uncertainty reflects poorly on the company and can erode trust. Candidates invest time and energy—respecting that effort through better communication would go a long way in improving the experience.

Went through Pareto Law recruiter who put me forward to an interview. Had an interview with one of the partners. Nice friendly staff, small office but very cosy. Had a brief interview and then was told I was successful a day later. Pretty fast process.
