Interview
Very standard interview process. Had two interviews via zoom and one in person with the founder. Completed a working-style personality quiz ahead of offer. Entire process was quite quick, did not drag on for too long.

The interviewing manager was very late to interview. I waited around 20 minutes before being seen, even though I arrived on time. It was also a lengthy process, and a little disorganized.
