OAK THEORY interview questions

Went through multiple rounds of interviews (fine) to get to the final interview with founders who seemed completely disinterested, obviously had not even glanced at the multi-page project proposal provided beforehand (not fine). Focused heavily on an aspect of the role that wasn’t mentioned in the job posting or any of the other interview stages. Agree with another reviewer that it felt exploitative and geared towards idea-farming. Job is now up posted again so clearly whatever they’re doing isn’t working.

Took me through six interviews and two presentations to reject me after I asked if they have plans to make a final decision because I have other offers coming my way. They never shared the salary and I still don't see the position filled. So basically they're stealing ideas through interviews. It sucks because I researched, studied, and prepped for all of my interviews and deck presentations. I was really excited about this role but the founders were happy to string me along for over a month. This is not how you treat candidates.
