OBGYN West interview questions

Position was posted on StarTribune.com job postings as a surgery scheduler/manager. The interview was for the same title, the offer was also for the same title; however, after the first day worked I was told that the management piece had been taken off the title. The interview was very informal, and unorganized. I asked many questions to try to learn more about the company and the position responsibilities. Since there was not a formal job description available, and the interviewer didn't really know what the current staff in that position did it was hard to get clear, accurate answers.
