I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at OC Sport in Jan 2020
Interview
My interview was canceled and rescheduled three times before it actually took place. The interview itself was relatively straightforward with questions about past roles, competencies, and motivations. There were a few questions about skills and technical abilities that had no reflection in the job description. Short French conversation to test ability. We talked about logistics and salary - the salary on offer was about 55% of what is available for comparable roles in the region. The job description asked for 3-5 years experience but the 40K CHF salary on offer would be more in line with an entry level position. I mentioned that this was below my expectation and was told that because of several failed events recently, this was all they could offer. I was walked through next steps in terms of additional rounds and conversations, but 16 days after the interview I am yet to hear anything back.
