OFM interview questions

The phone interview was conducted by HR and went well. The face to face was extremely unprofessional. The lead accountant went on and on about how only she has the owners trust when it comes to the finances and whoever is hired to replace her will be micromanaged by her (she was moving into an ops role). While speaking to me she continually pounded on her chest and used gestures like we were "homegirls" in the "hood". She made sure to let me know that she wanted to hire someone who "wants to be me when they "grow up"". I've never interviewed with such an unprofessional person and I hope I never encounter anything like that again!
