over 3 different interviews with a presentation that needs to be prepared and share with the team prior to the meeting. The interviews are pretty standard but it felt like I was being asked the same questions over and over again.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OMA (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2025
Interview
3-stage interview process with screening call and two virtual interviews with different team members. Process and timeline were fair and not too difficult. However, once I reached the final stage, I was told twice that I would hear back within days. Instead, it took almost 4 weeks until I received an official rejection. I felt this was very unprofessional to leave candidates hanging for weeks.
The interview started with the personal introduction, followed by presentations of two selected projects. Then, they asked about your knowledge of OMA and how you understood their work and design philosophy.
