Most unprofessional interview process ever. I’ve always been fasinated by this company since I first discovered them, so when they were looking for an Ecommerce Manager, I got really excited until I went through their interview process. Here we go: - first call, the CEO cancelled 20 min before - got pushed back, where he cancelled an hour before - got pushed back again, where he didn’t call at all - got pushed back again again, where he was 17 min. late (I then emailed and told him it was disrespectful of my time) - finally had a call with him where he asked if I could have a video call (well yes ofc, just send the link beforehand? So another 10 min flew by waiting on him to set up the video call) - come into the office for 2nd interview, where he in the morning pushed back the time. Later in the day, he was late for me as well and basically, threw staff under the bus, which gave a really uncomfortable vibe. No agenda, happy I had questions - he emailed me about time for a call, where he was 18 min. late (and never apologised) Basically, very unprofessional, rude and unorganized CEO and can’t imagine how the rest of the company works. A complete waste of my time just to be told the role was no longer permanent.
