Question 1
Give me a brief introduction about what you have done
I applied in-person. I interviewed at ONI (Oxford, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
Firstly I was contacted through LinkedIn and then telephone interview was done by Line manager. Then they called me for onsite interview with presentation.
When I reached at ONI, there were no one at reception to receive me.
Panel consisted of 2 people (one who was line manager and another scientist who is very junior asking non related nonsense questions).
Interview questions asked were totally unrelated to the position called for. They want to see people from LinkedIn and to check whether they are good fit. The company does not have structure and there is no review process. My suggestion is to be careful to apply for positions in ONI if you are personally contacted by LinkedIn.

Question 1
What are the ideas you have for ONI and technology development?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ONI (Luton, East of England, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Face to Face; Interview lasted longer than hour provided, Interviewer agreed next actions including that the interviewee would go through to the next stage. Then changed their minds, which of course everyone is entitled to do. However It appears that this is a trend that multiple candidates have encountered. Feedback in interview at odds with feedback after.
