Went through two rounds, first on-site and second online. First meeting was with team leader, after that a personality and logical thinking test done at home for the second round which we then went through with HR and team leader online. Process was smooth and interviewers pleasant. A good experience that gave a good insight into what working there is like.

Several rounds and mandatory suitability assessment what is same for developers to designers. That will be evaluated in front of your workmates. Hiring manager might not ever come to any of your interview rounds and HR is rude.
