The interview process was quite quick. First I got email from recruiter regarding some questions, then in few days, their senior developer emailed me asking my availability for the Technical round interview over a phone. Asked bunch of Data Structures, Java OOP, SQL (Joins and Views) and 2 behavioral questions. Next was called for second round Coding interview over Skype. It was not bad. My overall experience turned out when they ghosted me, I assume I did fairly good during second round too, but being such a big company, they don't value the time and effort given by our side from interview preparation to interview, and even if it was worst coding interview ever, being such professional, you should have that integrity to let the candidates know about what they have decided to do. This is not my first interview and nor do I expect to get offer/job right after, but hearing back with suggestions is always welcomed. I wonder what kind of company culture there is, that they consider such things as "ghosting" to be a norm.
