I submitted an application for this company and was hired, I passed my MVR background check, and was scheduled to begin work, I put in my two weeks notice in at my previous job and I had a few things to get in order on my end and was asked to submit another MVR check, the same thing that was on the previous MVR report was on this one and I was rejected for the same thing that was accepted previously. Now during the wait period for the new MVR to return they changed their insurance and knew that an unlawful use of a wireless device would eliminate me from being hired. While I remained in contact with their HR department (Chandler Worshum) he never informed me of this already knowing that they changed their policy and I wouldn’t be hired due to this new policy. Now, that I have put my two weeks notice in I am currently unemployed due to the negligence of Osmose’s HR department. I honestly think this is extremely unprofessional and should be looked into. If I would have been informed of the situation I would have had an opportunity to maintain my employment yet I’m unemployed due to the negligence of the HR department.
It was easy and brief . They asked me about my prior experiences and some technical questions. It was a short interview. The interviewer was direct to the point and asked questions regarding the scope of work.
