Nice interview process, variety of questions asked. The interview process did take a long duration to conclude which they should look to reduce so that the onboarding can be done quicker

Despite attending three rounds of interviews and investing significant time preparing, I received no feedback and no ETA for it, Even after sending polite follow-up emails, there was complete silence. This lack of basic communication feels unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates who genuinely want to work for the company.
