The interview was scheduled after a long wait of almost three months and the invitation was so informal without even proper email content. There was barely a response to any emails, which was sometimes quite concerning. The three rounds of interviews, two online and one on-site performed were quite comfortable. The final verdict came with a very long delay and the communication was at its worst right from the start of the hiring process.

Zuerst Gespräch per Telefon. Wenige Tage später persönliches Gespräch. Mein Gegenüber hat sehr ausführlich sowohl sich selbst, die zu besetzende Stelle als auch das Unternehmen vorgestellt. Anschließend wurden mir Fragen zu meinem Werdegang gestellt, die sich schnell zu einem angenehmen Gespräch entwickelt haben. Kein Frage-Antwort-Spiel. Zum Schluss eine Führung durch das Unternehmen. Man hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Meine Fragen wurden umfangreich beantwortet.
