Had a phone interview with Mary Ridges in H/R and was then asked to come in for a 1:1 interview with Bruce Duncan the CFO. I was given a very long in depth explanation on the Company's ethics, culture and the overview of the business. Was asked the same questions from my phone interview. I was told they had 2 other applicants they were interviewing and would get back to me in 3 weeks time. For a Company that stresses the importance of a great culture and the client services they provide they sure don't possess the common professional courtesy to notify applicants when a position has been filled or if they moved on with another candidate.
